The Movies

Philip and I went with his family this weekend to see Star Trek.
We really enjoyed it, I recommend seeing it.
It's actually really good.

I wanted to see some of the reviews of the film after watching the movie because I was surprised that it was so good.

This is what I read:

"Well, I think the film did a good job at portraying the photon fluxers of the teleportation devices. They really emphasized how the electrazorb helos light can swivel around the affirmed target, and blast them to a known destination with only a simple digital target receptor! It was impressing to see the space cadets digitize, but it was obvious that they did leave out the kinetic gigaplentex in the targeting receptor. Other than that, I enjoyed the film, all 7 times I saw it!!!"

OK, so new advice. DO NOT do research on Star Trek, the trekkies are alive and well and ... a little bit scary!

All I know is I saw the movie and it is not necessary to understand any of those words used above. It was actually quite easy to understand and follow. So even if you're not a hard core trekkie you can still see the movie and enjoy it.
P.S. Wolverine was lacking. Wait for it to come out on DVD or the $1 theatre.
